A tragic incident unfolded in the Xinzhuang District of New Taipei City today, resulting in the death of a man following a fall from an apartment building. The incident occurred on Min'an East Road, with authorities receiving a report around 10:00 AM.

Responding officers and paramedics arrived at the scene to find a 38-year-old man, identified as Chen, on the ground. Initial assessment indicated that Chen had fallen from a fourth-floor residence.
