Kao Wen-je's Case: Prosecutors Seek Testimony from Mia Boya in Jinghua City Investigation
Key Witnesses Called as Investigation into Former Taipei Mayor Kao Wen-je's Alleged Benefiting in Jinghua City Case Advances

Former Taipei Mayor **Kao Wen-je** is at the center of an investigation concerning the Jinghua City case. The Taipei District Court today brought Kao before the court for preparatory proceedings. Prosecutors have outlined their litigation strategy, requesting the testimony of **Mia Boya**, a Taipei City Councillor who previously questioned the Jinghua City case, along with 20 other witnesses.
Kao's defense attorney stated that the investigation file contains hundreds of witnesses and that the defense will present a further list within a month.
Chief Prosecutor Lin Chun-ting stated that the prosecution intends to summon several key figures, including Chu Ya-hu, former chairman of Ting Yue Development, Chen Chun-yuan, legal manager of the Wei-King Group, Shen Ching-ching, chairman of the Wei-King Group, and **Li Wen-tsung**, a former director of Kao’s office, to provide evidence of the relationship between Kao Wen-je and Shen Ching-ching.
