In a dramatic early morning incident, a 43-year-old man, identified as Huang, was rescued from a billboard advertising sign on the exterior of a building on Minghua Road in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The incident occurred around 3:00 AM, catching the attention of nearby residents who reported hearing shouts for help.

Huang was discovered hanging precariously from the advertisement billboard, approximately 11 stories high. Witnesses reported hearing the man repeatedly yelling, "Help me! Help me!"

Local emergency services responded swiftly, deploying a ladder truck to the scene. After a daring rescue operation, they successfully brought Huang down to safety. Following the rescue, Huang was transported to a local hospital for a medical evaluation. Fortunately, he was found to be unharmed.
