A recent incident in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, has ignited a firestorm of online criticism after a towing vehicle was observed removing a hearse while it was loading a deceased individual. The incident occurred at a building along Zhongzheng 2nd Road where a funeral home was preparing to transport a body.

The funeral home staff had opened the rear door of the Mercedes-Benz hearse and parked it on the sidewalk, according to reports. However, a towing vehicle, upon seeing the car, deemed it a case of illegal parking. The car was then promptly towed away, leaving the funeral home staff stunned, and without a vehicle to transport the deceased.
