From Road Rage to Tragedy: Car Crash Follows Assault in Taiwan
A shocking incident unfolds in Nantou County as a man's violent actions lead to a fatal accident shortly after.

In Nantou County, Taiwan, a disturbing sequence of events unfolded yesterday morning. A man identified as Mr. Yang was involved in a road rage incident in Mingjian Township. The dispute escalated, and Yang physically assaulted a 70-year-old man, Mr. Chen. The assault was reported to the police.
Less than an hour later, at approximately 9:40 AM, on the northbound section of National Highway 3, near the 221.4-kilometer mark, Yang's vehicle collided with a gravel truck. The impact was catastrophic. Yang's car became wedged beneath the gravel truck, and he suffered a fatal head injury. Mr. Chen, who had reported the assault to the police, later learned of Yang's death through news reports.
Initial reports suggested the car had collided with a gravel truck parked on the shoulder. However, investigations revealed that Yang's car was traveling at high speed when it crashed into the gravel truck that was driving in the outer lane. The force of the impact pushed the gravel truck sideways. The gravel truck driver, initially believing he had experienced a tire blowout, pulled over to the shoulder, only to discover Yang's severely damaged car wedged beneath his vehicle.
