According to Bloomberg News, the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued a notice on the evening of November 11th, excluding products such as smartphones, laptops, hard drives, and computer processing and memory chips from the 125% tariffs imposed by Trump on mainland China, and the 10% basic tariffs imposed on virtually the rest of the world.
