Taipei City Government Shuffles Personnel: New Land Administration Bureau Chief Appointed
Wang Rui-yun Steps Up to Lead the Bureau, Bringing More Female Leadership to the Team.

The Taipei City Government, led by Mayor Chiang Wan-an, has announced further changes within its administration. Today, the Taipei City Government (北市府) released news regarding personnel appointments. Chen Hsin-liang, the former Director of the Land Administration Bureau, has requested retirement and his request has been approved.
Wang Rui-yun, previously the Deputy Director of the Land Administration Bureau, will be appointed as the new Director, adding to the female leadership within the city government team (團隊). The new appointment takes effect today.
The city government stated that Chen Hsin-liang will transition to the private sector, focusing on urban renewal. Mayor Chiang Wan-an wished him all the best in his new endeavors. During Chen Hsin-liang's tenure, he was dedicated to cross-sector collaboration, promoting digital land administration services, strengthening property rights protection for citizens, and increasing transparency in rental and purchase information. He launched the first-of-its-kind "Taipei Land Administration Manager +" system, which was recognized by the central government and promoted nationwide. He also introduced the nation's first thematic map search platform, "Taipei Land Administration Find House +."
