Taiwan People's Party Chairman Huang Kuo-chang visited the Taipei Detention Center this afternoon, submitting a request to have a private doctor attend to Kao Wen-je. Huang criticized, "Are they trying to keep Kao P in until he dies?" Supporters of Kao Wen-je gathered across from the detention center.

Tonight, the Taipei Detention Center announced that Kao Wen-je reported feeling unwell. After contacting the cooperating hospital, he was sent for medical care at 9:55 PM. According to sources, Kao Wen-je has been taken to the Ministry of Health and Welfare's Taipei Hospital.

The Taipei Detention Center stated that they had been closely monitoring Kao Wen-je's health. At 6:40 PM, he reported feeling unwell, and the medical response mechanism was immediately activated. Although his vital signs were normal, due to his high-risk health status, after contacting the cooperating hospital to arrange for necessary medical resources, he was escorted to the hospital at 9:55 PM.
