According to reports, the couple's children contacted authorities around 8:00 AM, reporting that they had found their parents unresponsive in a car parked at the Taichung Tzu Chi Hospital parking lot on Fengxing Road, Section 1, in the Tanzi District.

He stated that his 71-year-old father had left a suicide note before departing with his 68-year-old mother.
