Taiwan Incident: Man Attacks Female Colleague After Rejection

A shocking incident occurred in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, where a 30-year-old man, identified as Jiang, allegedly attacked his 29-year-old female colleague, Ms. Chen. The attack reportedly took place after Jiang's advances were rejected.

The incident unfolded as Ms. Chen was purchasing a drink from a beverage shop in Baoshan Street, Taoyuan District. Jiang allegedly followed her and suddenly used a knife to stab her in the back, inflicting a stab wound to her lungs, causing internal bleeding. Subsequently, Jiang attempted to take his own life.

The scene at the beverage shop was described as chaotic, with blood covering the ground. Emergency services arrived at approximately 2:35 PM, finding both individuals severely injured. Ms. Chen's condition is reported as critical.
