A Titan of Taiwan's Machinery Industry Passes Away, Leaving a Legacy of Innovation and Leadership

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Wei Tsan-wen, former Chairman of the Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI), who passed away recently at the age of 72.

Wei Tsan-wen, Chairman of Feng Chia International, the largest plastic extrusion machinery equipment manufacturer in Taiwan, was widely known as the "Father of Plastic Extrusion Machines" in Taiwan. During his tenure as Chairman of TAMI, he actively led the development of Taiwan's smart machinery industry clusters, aiming to build another "guardian mountain range" (护国神山群), achieving remarkable success and leaving a lasting impact on the industry.
